Link.md is a service operated by Obsidian (Dynalist Inc.). By using Link.md you agree to Obsidian's Terms of Service and the additional terms below.

The service

Link.md lets you create and share markdown. Shares created without an account expire after 24 hours. Logged-in users can create both permanent and expiring shares.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Link.md to:

• Distribute malware or phishing content
• Host content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Abuse the service through automated bulk uploads or denial-of-service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Content removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we are required to remove by law, without prior notice.

Availability

Link.md is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or data durability. You should keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
